She leads the development of a centralized data architecture that integrates all individual products, enabling the delivery of customized product configurations tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, Mai ensures data accuracy, scalability, and actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making and long-term client value.
 

Kelvin brings over 15 years of experience working across Southeast Asia in global operations, including a key role in the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) industry during COVID. Through this work, he has developed strong, long-standing relationships with manufacturers and sales agents throughout the region. As a part owner of WTT, a specialized shipping solutions company, Kelvin ensures that all shipments move quickly and efficiently, whether by air or ocean freight.

Trinh I. is a senior quality leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s complete Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems. She ensures all products and services meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements through strategic planning, process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, a key gateway to our clients across Southeast Asia, Trinh brings extensive experience working with companies in both the United States and Southeast Asia. Her international background, deep understanding of compliance, and commitment to operational excellence make her a strong fit for supporting our clients and maintaining the highest quality standards across global operations.
